THE CONTINUUM PROCESS

Come close to your own life again.

A self-discovery and direction practice for people who give a lot while building a life that feels more alive. This work starts with trust and connection to yourself, then flows out to your work, your health and the people who matter most, whatever chapter you’re in.

WHO IT’S FOR

You give a lot.

You're strategic and soulful, warm and kind, with a steely ambition for your life. You already have a good one. You give generously to your work, your people and everything you’re building, and you’re ready for a life that feels even more alive and connected. The Continuum Process is where you start, with yourself.

Founders and creators

You're building something in public. Your energy goes to investors, clients, platforms and followers, and your own direction gets decided in whatever gaps are left.

Leaders and corporate professionals

You're good at what you do and trusted with a lot. Somewhere between the title and the calendar, you've lost track of what you want for yourself.

WHY NOW

Turning inward, together.

The way forward runs inward, and I'm in good company.

The world is asking more of us.

Careers zigzag, chapters overlap, and many of the old markers of what comes next are fading.

I've found the steadiest way through is inward. Through success and struggle, through change, through uncertainty.

Through life.

Coaches, therapists, healers, yoga and meditation teachers all help people find their way there, and I'm grateful to walk alongside them. The Continuum Process offers one more way in, with time to lay your whole life out in your own words and build from it.

“Your ‘self’ is what you are at all times and in all places. We simply need to sort it out. After all, it can get quite confusing in there.”

Michael Singer, The Untethered Soul

HOW IT WORKS

Get it out. See it. Build from it.

01

Get it out

Over six unhurried hours, we write your thoughts and feelings onto individual cards, one at a time, across every part of your life. Online, the cards live on a shared digital canvas. In person, they're physical cards on the table between us. My job is to help you find the words that capture what you really mean.

There's research behind why this feels so good. A UCLA study found that putting feelings into words calms the brain's alarm response. Read the study

02

See it

Laid out together on your Canvas, everything gains a little distance. You can step back, move cards around, and notice the patterns and threads. Our minds are wired to notice what's wrong first, so this part often surprises people. Seen side by side, there's usually far more going well than you'd realised, and the hard things feel less frightening. Who you are starts to show itself, right in front of you.

03

Build from it

From there, we complete a set of documents together, built from what matters to you now: your Canvas, your Posture for the chapter you're in, your Intentions & Goals and your Self-Agreement. They're yours to keep, and they hold you through the year ahead.

Optional add-on: a Personal Intelligence Summary, an AI-assisted synthesis of your cards built on fifteen years of reading them.

Online on a shared digital canvas, or in person in Stuttgart with physical cards.

WHAT YOU LEAVE WITH

Build from what matters now.

In your own words, you decide what’s meaningful and important to you right now, which may be quite different from five years ago. Then you’re equipped to build from there. You’ll reach your goals. Along the way, something deeper grows too: self-trust, self-belief, sovereignty over your choices, and a life that feels like your own.

Your Canvas

Your whole life, laid out in your own words.

Your Posture

The stance you carry into this chapter.

Intentions & Goals

What you're building towards, and why it matters to you.

Self-Agreement

The promises you make to yourself for the year ahead.

Best done annually. Each year builds on the last, and the practice compounds.

The first time

  • Clarity you can see. Your thoughts and feelings, organised on cards across every area of your life, give you perspective and relief from overwhelm in a format that surprises people.
  • Decisions that get easier. With the evidence in front of you and the why behind the what revealed, your next step surfaces almost effortlessly.
  • Self-belief built on evidence. You work from the facts of your own thoughts and feelings, and you leave seeing the threads of who you are and remembering that you are enough.
  • Hours that belong entirely to you. Several unhurried hours to workshop your one precious life, with no one advising, fixing or steering you toward an answer.

Each year after

  • A loop that builds. Each year shows you that you are honouring who you are at this chapter, which trains you to want more of it and encourages more of the changes you want.
  • Ease with change. You see and feel your transitions for yourself, and you come to understand that we never arrive, which gives you the discernment to hold anyone selling arrival at a distance.
  • Honesty and self-trust. Truth with yourself becomes a normal part of life, self-trust grows into a muscle, and the ripple reaches the people around you.
  • Freedom to be yourself. Your darkness becomes something you can look at, your light becomes easier to see, and you move through the world more as yourself.

Is this for you?

This is for you if

  • You're in a transition, loud or quiet, and you can feel that the old way of navigating it isn't going to be enough this time.
  • You're outwardly successful and still carrying a simmering sense that something isn't quite fitting.
  • You don't feel you need to be coached on anything right now, and you'd love the space and structure to see your own life clearly, in your own words.
  • You want your whole life looked at together, health, relationships, money and work, rather than one problem picked off in isolation.
  • You think better when you can see something laid out than when you turn it over in your head.
  • You want a practice you can return to every year. Done once, it's effective. Like any good investment, it compounds when you keep coming back.
  • You're ready to build from what's true, even when it's a little messy on the way there.

This might not be for you if

  • You want a quick fix. This is a practice, though shifts often come quickly.
  • You need clinical or therapeutic support right now. Please reach out to a licensed professional, and know it's fine, even good, to do both.
  • You want someone to do the work for you. I'll hold the space and the structure. The honesty has to be yours.

FROM ALICE

Where this work comes from.

I spent twenty years in brand strategy learning to look at a brand in all its dimensions, until it was understood well enough for people to connect with it. The Continuum Process is that same looking, turned toward a human life.

I have practised it on my own life for fifteen years, and it has given me success stories in every part of my life and a huge amount of support through the chapters of struggle. It has also shown me where I needed coaching, healing or therapy, and where I needed balance, rest or action.

I began offering it to others alongside my full-time role as Head of Brand at a publicly-listed, Berlin-headquartered tech company, so it was shaped inside a working life with real demands.

My life is not perfect and it is certainly not over, and this practice is a large part of why it feels, in success and in struggle, most certainly my own.

Questions, answered.

A guided self-discovery and direction practice. Over six hours, one to one, we write your thoughts and feelings onto cards across every part of your life, lay them out on your Canvas, and build your Posture, Intentions & Goals and Self-Agreement from what we see.

I've practised it on my own life for fifteen years and guided 65+ clients through it.

What is The Continuum Process?

1

I'm a big believer in both, and many clients use them alongside this work or at different chapters of life. The Continuum Process is for the seasons when what you need most is space, structure and someone steady to hold it while you see your own life clearly, in your own words not someone else’s.

How is it different from coaching or therapy?

2

Getting thoughts and feelings out of your head and into words changes how you relate to them. Research on expressive writing and on making plans for unfinished goals points the same way: once things are written down, the mind can rest and see more clearly. The cards also give you something to move, group and look at together, which is where the perspective comes from.

Why write everything onto cards?

3

Can I do it online from outside Germany?

4

Yes. Most clients join online from the US, Canada, Australia and across Europe, using a shared visual canvas. In-person sessions are available in Stuttgart.

How often should I do it?

5

Once is powerful. It's best done annually, at the start of a year, around a birthday or as one chapter ends, because each year builds on the last.

Can I bring my own frameworks?

6

Absolutely. Strengths profiles, Human Design, astrology, tarot, your faith or insights from therapy and coaching are all welcome on the canvas. While I am not trained in these modalities, if they are important to you we can integrate them.

Your next chapter starts with you.
